Our
office is located in the Melbourne Tower, at the northwest corner of 3rd
Avenue and Pike Street in downtown Seattle.

Important Traffic
Notice:
In order to bring the light rail to downtown Seattle, the
bus tunnel will be closed for up to two years, and the
tunnel buses will be rerouted to city streets. Due to this,
starting September 12, 2005, the following traffic
restrictions will affect Third Avenue:
- Traffic will be
restricted to transit and emergency vehicles only from
6-9a.m. and 3-7p.m. between Yesler Way and
Stewart Street.
- The only exception
during these times is that general purpose vehicles are
allowed to make a right turn onto Third Avenue from
east/west streets, but then must turn right again at the
next block.
You will not be able to
drive directly to our building during these specified hours.
If you are driving, we recommend parking in the Macy’s
parking garage on Third and Stewart. Additional parking is
available on Third between Stewart and Virginia, at the
parking garage next to Bed, Bath and Beyond. We are
unfortunately unable to validate parking. All bus routes
will continue to serve the downtown area and are a good
alternative to driving.
Given these changes, please allow additional time to get to
your appointment.
